| COMPETITION
SYSTEEM |
Double
elimination with unbeaten winner. In case of less than 6 participants a
group system will be used. |
| TROPHIES |
For each
weight category a 1st, 2nd and 3rd price is available. In case of more
than 32 participants in a weight category two 3rd prices are
availabe. |
| WEIGH |
De pairs
of scales are calibrated and therefore prescribing. |
| EXCLUSION |
Those who
will not meet the registered age and/or weight categories will be excluded
from the tournament. No transfers on the tournament days! |
| REGISTRATION |
Registrationis only possible via www.osjk.nl (from 1st
of August 2011) |
| REGISTRATION FEE |
The
registration fee is € 9,-- per participant. The amount due must be payed
in advance on account 4854309 on name of Penningmeester Judo Stichting
Schiedam, Valeriaandonk 12, 3206 PP Spijkenisse, mentioned the name of the
sports club. The registration is final when the full amount due is
received by the treasurer. Restitutition will be done until 25th September
2011. After this date only restitution will be done in case of
cancellation or merging of the weight categories to with the participant
is registered. |
| CLOSING
DATE |
The
registration closes on 25th of September 2011 or sooner when the
maximum number of participants is registered. |
| CHANGING WEIGHT
CATEGORIES |
Changes to weight categories are
allowed until 23rd of October 2011. Submit your request(s)
via toernooi@osjk.nl. |
| PARTICIPANTS TICKETS |
The
participants tickets which shows all the information about the tournament,
will be sent to the sports club at the latest two weeks before the
tournament. All relevant info will be included. |
| COACH
TICKETS |
Every
participating sports club will receive wrist bands for the coaches. 1 to
10 participants = 1 wrist band per day, 11 to 20 participants = 2 wrist
bands per day, more than 20 participants = 3 wrist bands per
day. |
| DAMAGE |
The
tournament organisation is not responsible for any damage as a result of
accidents, theft, etc. |
| ACCOMMODATION |
In the
sporthal are 260 seats approx. 200 places to stand. Food and beverage is
available. |
| ENTRANCE
PRICES |
Visitors
from 12 to 65 years € 3,--. Visitors from 4 to 12 years and 65+ years €
1,50. |
| APPROVAL |
The
tournament is approved by the Judo Association
Netherlands. |
